Our restaurant uses only fresh, raw cod milt (large-grained cod milt) and never freezes any of it.The rich, concentrated flavor of pufferfish milt, when added to the hot pot, spreads its deliciousness throughout the broth, making the final rice porridge even more enjoyable.~
